Industrial catering
Feeding the people who keep the line running — every shift, every day.
A manufacturing plant doesn't pause for lunch. Shifts roll through the clock, and the canteen has to be ready for every one of them — the 2 a.m. shift as reliably as the midday rush. A missed meal isn't an inconvenience on a plant floor; it's a productivity loss, a safety concern, and sometimes a labour issue. The food has to fuel physical work, suit the regional workforce, and arrive on time without fail, often at sites far from the nearest city.
This is the environment Focus Prism was built for. Our oldest operations have run industrial kitchens since 1969, including long-standing service at one of India's largest petrochemical complexes. We currently produce over 1,00,000 meals a day for industrial and institutional sites across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Puducherry alone, within the group's 4,00,000+ daily total.
We operate on-site kitchens built around your shift pattern, not ours. Menus are planned for the workforce you actually employ — regional, balanced, and substantial enough for physical work. Every kitchen runs on the same operating discipline: standardised hygiene protocols, trained permanent staff rather than casual labour, and Clarity Engine tracking food cost at the plate level so your per-meal economics stay predictable across the life of the contract.
For remote and semi-remote plants, we manage the full supply chain — procurement, cold chain, and daily delivery — so the site never depends on local availability.
