Institutional catering
Three meals a day, every day, for the people in your care.
Feeding a residential campus or a hospital is a different discipline from any other kind of catering. You're not serving a meal — you're serving every meal, for an entire academic year or the length of a patient's stay. The same people eat your food day after day, which means consistency, variety, and genuine quality aren't optional. On a campus, a mess committee will tell you within hours if the food slips. In a hospital, dietary protocols and hygiene standards carry regulatory weight.
Focus Prism's institutional roots run deep. Our campus operations have served the residential dining needs of IITs, IIMs, NITs and residential schools for years, with the certifications and the kitchen discipline that institutional procurement demands.
We plan menus around the people you serve — regional taste patterns, nutritional balance, festival calendars, and dietary requirements all built in. Our kitchens hold ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and FSSAI certification as a baseline, with documented hygiene and food-safety protocols that stand up to audit.
Because the same diners return three times a day, we engineer variety into the menu cycle rather than repeating the same rotation. Clarity Engine lets us do this without the cost drifting — every dish is costed, so we can keep the menu interesting and the economics stable at the same time.
For hospitals, we work to clinical dietary protocols and maintain the separation, traceability, and hygiene standards that patient feeding requires.
